Dee Dee

Thank you Grandma D (or DD as Henry calls her) for coming in town and a fun visit. This picture was taken a month ago, but we always have fun when she and Aunt Katie visit (Katie the dog!)


Also in early August, we celebrated her 60th birthday and had a blast. Uncle Chris and Aunt Candice came in town and we really had a fun weekend poolside and playing games. Can't wait to get together again!

I've got 2 feet...

If you know the song, it's one of Ella's favorites! Ella started official dance class on Monday (with dance outfits, ballet shoes, the works!) Much to Phil's dismay, Ella selected the Disney princess dance outfit and she was super excited to wear it on Monday. Phil: Seriously, does EVERYTHING have to be Princess? I must admit, I love it but hope it doesn't last too long...
Anyway, she had a blast. Henry and I sat in the chaotic waiting room but I was able to sneak a peak of my girl and I tell you what, she LOVED every second. Beaming from ear to ear, she had her arms out and was doing her best moves while watching herself every second on the wall of mirrors. A true performer's dream. And she's really just getting started!
